How does CCP deliver my order?

We use Australia wide national carriers to deliver our goods. Our bundles come to you flat packed, bundle strapped, and packed into protective outer shipper cartons taking up minimal storage space. Depending on the volume of your order we may pack your order onto a pallet/s. Pallets of product come strapped and stretch wrapped, on one way non returnable wooden pallets.

Where does CCP deliver?

We offer free delivery Australia wide to Metro area commercial or residential addresses. For a full list of suburbs this service applies please see this document. We do not deliver to PO Box or Locked Bag addresses. We are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay. Please keep in mind, depending on the volume of your order, a contact should be available to assist hand unload the pallet at point of delivery if a forklift is not available.

Whilst CCP underakes all reasonable efforts to keep freight charges low, all other deliveries to regional or outside Metro will apply additional freight charges. These charges are calculated when dimensions & weight of the parcels are determined once the order has been manufactured. When will my order be despatched?

Our standard lead times for manufacture of both generic sized cartons or custom boxes ordered via the Box Calculator are 7 - 10 working days. Please ensure that any time critical orders during November and December are placed early to ensure you beat the Christmas rush.

Can I collect my order?

Due to OH&S reasons, it is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our warehouses.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You should receive an order confirmation via email when you submit your order and a second email when it is dispatched. If you placed your order online when logged into your account, you can track your order progress by clicking the Profile icon next to the Cart icon and navigating the side menu to "My Orders". From time to time we shall communicate additional information about your order by adding comments. You can view Order Comments by clicking "View Order" to see more details.

How are my delivery details stored?

When you register online you will be asked to enter your details. They are stored on our secure database, and we do not disclose them to any third parties. Click here to see our Privacy Policy.

Can I have my delivery left in a safe place?

While we will do our best to leave your delivery, it isn't always possible. If your parcel will be exposed to weather or visible to passing traffic, the freight carrier will leave directions on how to organise redelivery or collect your parcel. Depending on the volume of your order, a contact will be required to be available to accept and unload the delivery.


If you receive a faulty product, ordered the wrong product, or simply change your mind, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for making a claim within 7 days of delivery.
